Getting involved in MTAM as a commissioner or funder

We offer a number of learning and networking spaces for those working to embed the My Team Around Me approach.

For My Team Around Me to work, we need to take a whole team approach i.e. the team around a person involves professionals at all levels within their organisation.

The MTAM Exchange Groups and our learning spaces provide the means, support and conditions to empower clients, professionals, and services to work towards the four MTAM objectives.

  • Multiple Disadvantage Transformation Board

The Multiple Disadvantage Transformation Board has been established to support the city in addressing multiple disadvantage and deliver on the city’s Multiple Disadvantage Strategy. A s part of the team, they will provide resource, policy and permission to enable the team around the client to function.

  • Cross-sector learning sessions

Our cross-sector learning sessions provide an opportunity for professionals to explore themes around collaboration and shared accountability and encourage an appreciative enquiry approach.
