Getting involved in MTAM as a manager

We offer a number of learning and networking spaces for those working to embed the My Team Around Me approach.

For My Team Around Me to work, we need to take a whole team approach i.e. the team around a person involves professionals at all levels within their organisation.

The MTAM Exchange Groups and our learning spaces provide the means, support and conditions to empower clients, professionals, and services to work towards the four MTAM objectives.

  • MTAM System Stewards

    The System Stewards group brings together managers and members of the senior leadership teams of services to deliver MTAM collectively. Together, they explore the parameters, relationships, constraints, and opportunities of each other’s service, using reflections around client stories.
