Cross-sector Learning Collective Sessions
The Changing Futures Learning Collective hosts cross-sector sessions for professionals across Bristol who support people facing multiple disadvantages.
These sessions provide opportunity to explore themes around collaboration and shared accountability, asking the question:
How can organisations meaningfully serve the clients we share, whilst working within the remits of each of our services?
The sessions are run along the lines of an appreciative inquiry. This process gives space for an issue or subject to be presented; time for exploring challenges; an invitation to think big about aspirations; then a focus on what can meaningfully be done to create change for the better.
The process:
Discover: what is
Dilemma: challenges
Dream: what should be
Design: what will be
