The day is being held in collaboration with Hazel Renouf, trauma informed systems manager from BNSSG ICB and Changing Futures, exploring how organisations are becoming more trauma informed within the multiple disadvantage space.

We will also be hearing from professionals and a lived experience representative who will be discussing what trauma informed working feels like within their space.

We will use an appreciative inquiry approach to explore the question:

What does trauma-informed working really look like in the reality of working with Multiple Disadvantage and what are the steps we're taking to work in this way?
